Dashboard is a place where Administrator can find links for functionalities available in admin-area. This page is like a help guide for administrator by which they can go anywhere on admin section.
Product Management
Administrator can manage product from this section; Administrator can add new product from here, they can assign categories, views, sizes etc… to a product. Each and every task will show a reflection in front-end. These products are those which front-end user can select for designing, Product can be a T-shirt, mug, handkerchief, bad sheets etc… it basically depend upon the company, what product he is providing for user. So now we are going to explain you each and every section of Product Management.
Product Categories
Administrator can categorize the products according to their specifications, for example there can be different categories like Men, Women, and Kids etc for T-shirt product. Administrator can edit/ delete existing categories; or they can add new categories for product from this section.
Product Views
From this section administrator can manage “views” for a product, Administrator can provide different views to a product for example administrator can show front, back, right arm, left arm, top hood etc… of a product; they can provide particular images with designing area, If user wants to draw on them they can select that image and can draw on it. By this functionality we are providing various designing areas for our users.
Product Sizes
Products can be available in different sizes. Administrator can add different sizes from this section, and can assign them to different products from “Assign Multiple sizes” section.
Products
This section has various sub section from which administrator can add/edit new/existing products, can assign categories/ sizes/ designing areas.
Edit/delete products
Administrator can edit/ delete existing products from here. Also they can view the details of a product.
Add New Product
Administrator can add new products from here; for entering a new product they has to provide necessary values in all fields.
Assign Multiple Categories
As we know a product can be consider in more then one available categories; from this section administrator can assign multiple categories to a product.
Assign Multiple Sizes
Same as multiple categories assign Administrator can assign more then one sizes to a product from this section.
Assign Designing Area
From this section administrator can assign designing area to a product. Administrator can assign designing area for all the available views in a product.
Design Management
Designs are those images/ cliparts which users can use on their product for designing. Administrator can
manages these designs from this section. In this section there are various sub sections available
for managing designs.
Design Categories
From this section administrator can assign designing area to a product. Administrator can assign designing area for all the available views in a product.
Sub- categories
Administrator can also assign sub categories to available design categories for example design category “sports” can have sub-categories like badminton, basketball, cricket, football etc…
Manage Design
From this area administrator can add/edit /delete new/ existing designs. These designs can be of two types colorable and scaleable; user can change the color of designs in colorable and can resize the size of designs in scalable.
Assign categories and sub-categories
From this section administrator can assign multiple categories and sub categories to a design. Hence a design can go under various categories and sub-categories.
Hot Designs
Mostly used designs will get highest rank and they will consider as “Hot designs” In this section administrator can assign/unassigned some products having those design on them; these assigned product will get visible in front-end.
Form Management
From this section administrator can manage different form functionalities like Country,
Newsletter, Messages, configuration etc…
Country Manager
Administrator has a power to manage country from this section admin can include new countries and also can delete existing one
Messages
Administrator can decide content for thanks message on various places in site. For example in newsletter section, when someone subscribe a newsletter then they will get a message admin can mange this message from this section.
Newsletter Manager
Subscribed/unsubscribed users
Administrator can decide content for thanks message on various places in site. For example in newsletter section, when someone sub.
Send newsletter
Administrator can send newsletter to subscribed users from this section
Sent Newsletter
Administrator can view the list of all previously sent newsletters and can also resend them to other subscribed users using send button.
Featured Products
When some user designs a product and adds in their cart then that product goes in “featured product” section; After approval from administrator side it will get visible in “feature product” section (in Front-end).
Configuration
Use this section for various settings of front-end as well as back-end. For example Administrator can decide currency code for whole site run.
User Management
User’s account
Admin can use this section for creating new users for front-end as well as for back-end. Main administrator can create admin multilevel. Administrator can also view the details of all registered users; he can edit/ delete their accounts from this section.
User’s Images
Administrator can see all the uploaded images (from user’s side) from “customer photos” section. Admin can find all the details of user and can select them for some special prize or discount. Administrator can also delete any entry from this section. Front-end users can see all active entries in “customer photos” section.
Discount Management
Discount coupon’s detail
Admin can add/edit/delete new/existing coupons from this section. Using these coupon code front-end users can get special discount on purchasing.
Discount detail
Administrator can also see the list of those users who took discount on their orders. This will help admin to keep his eyes on discount.
Page Header Management
From this section administrator can manage Page titles, meta keywords, meta description of front-end pages.
Font management
Font categories
Administrator can mention fonts in their categories. He can add/edit delete categories from this section.
Font management
From this section administrator can add new fonts, these fonts can be shown in designer tool (in front-end); User can use them in their designs. Fonts can be in swf format.
Color Management
User can change colors of some designs in designer tool (in front-end). Administrator can mange these colors from admin. Admin can add/edit/delete colors from this section.
Order Status Manager
Admin use this section for managing Status for orders. Admin can add/edit/delete status from this section.
Order Manager
View complete order list
As name suggested in this section admin can check the complete list of placed orders. Admin can change their status according at anytime. This will help him in managing orders. Admin can also generate PDF of used designs in order, and can use them printing process.
Customer wise Orders
In this section admin can see the list of all paid orders.
Bulk Order Manager
Admin can see all the bulk orders here and can see the details of customer; using those details admin can directly approach to the customer about the order. Admin can also download the details of the order for further process/references.
Purchase Register Manager

From This section admin can see the details of available and purchased stock of a particular product.

Contact Us
From This section administrator can see the posted entries in “Contact Us” form. Admin can see all the details of that posting and can also delete them.
