Kick-Off meeting – To reach in-depth project prospects
The kick-off meeting is an initial meeting of project team and client, where all the possible prospects of the project and project planning associated activities are discussed, inclusive of project complexity, role assignment and so on. It gives the client a clean understanding that how project is going look in the end.
After the successful meeting, the proposal is drafted while keeping up the essential details & scope of the project and sent to the client for further approval. If the client needs any amendment in the current agreement then revert back to us with the proposed feedbacks for final agreement sign-up.
Project assigned to PM and client allocated with PMS a/c
After signing the agreement, the project is ready for development stage and assigned to dedicated Project Manager (PM). In the mean time, a well organized Project Management System (PMS) account has been created for the client, so that the client can instantly get connected to the dedicated team.
Initial 5-6 days get into discussion with the client
The PM takes initial 5 to 6 days for in-detail study of the project and discussed with the client for 100% accurate end results. At this point all the minor to major particulars, suggestions are included from both the ends. And then the project is finally goes under development.
Updates and feedback process
The client is updated with each and every status of the project via the PMS tool. The client can keep a track of entire development status & progress and even can add suggestions if needed.
Once the project is developed, it goes under stringent testing standards for bugs free end results. After working on final reviews and feedback from client’s end, the project is ready for live.
Free technical support for 2 months
Our responsibility does not end up with the project completion! We provide free technical support for 2 months to maintain strong customer relationship with allegiance and fidelity.
